By accessing or using Coach Adapt ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Coach Adapt.

Coach Adapt is an AI-powered performance coaching service that provides:

• Personalized nutrition guidance and meal analysis
• Restaurant menu recommendations
• Adaptive workout programming
• Daily briefings and progress tracking
• AI-powered conversational coaching

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Coach Adapt. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You will provide accurate and complete information
• You will not use the Service for any illegal purpose

4. Account Registration and Security

4.2 Account Termination

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

Coach Adapt is offered on a subscription basis at $39/month. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5.2 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.

5.3 Billing

• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5.5 Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with Coach Adapt within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us at info@coach-adapt.com for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion.

6. User Content and Data

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Coach Adapt, including meal photos, progress photos, and conversation data. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the Service.

6.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains viruses or malicious code
• Violates privacy rights of others

6.3 Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated nutritional estimates may not be 100% precise. You are responsible for verifying information and making informed decisions about your health.

7. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Coach Adapt is NOT medical advice.

• The Service provides general fitness and nutritional guidance only
• It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Always consult a healthcare provider before starting any fitness or nutrition program
• Consult a doctor if you have medical conditions, injuries, or take medications
• Stop using the Service and seek medical attention if you experience adverse effects

We are not liable for any health consequences resulting from use of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

Coach Adapt, including its AI algorithms, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our technology
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our trademarks without permission
